Is there a free trial?
There's no time-limited trial to race against — sign up and your AI receptionist works immediately, with no card on file. You subscribe when you're ready to keep it running long-term, not before.
What's the catch — is anything metered or extra?
No. One flat monthly price covers every call, every chat, and every booking. There's no per-seat fee, no usage tier, and no add-on required to use the features listed above.
How does billing work?
$250 CAD/month, billed monthly through Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own secure payment page — Vantora never sees or stores your card number.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — no refund proration, but no early cutoff either. Your AI receptionist stops answering calls and chats once it ends, but every appointment, customer, and conversation on record stays exactly as it was. Resubscribing brings it all back.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe automatically retries a failed card for a few weeks, and everything keeps working during that window — you'll see a clear warning in your dashboard so you can update your card before anything is paused.
